- Drive Global Sales Process Strategy: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end sales processes that span geographies, segments, and business models.
- Drive Commercial Impact: Identify process bottlenecks, productivity blockers, and inefficiencies—implement solutions that accelerate pipeline velocity, shorten sales cycles, and reduce cost-to-serve.
- Maximize Technology Leverage: Partner with product and tech teams to optimize the use of Salesforce, with a strong focus on automation and application of AI.
- Executive Stakeholder Collaboration: Influence and align with sales leadership, product managers, and tech executives to ensure process changes are business-aligned and market-ready.
- Champion Innovation: Introduce best-in-class ways of working, benchmarking against top-performing commercial organizations, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within a global sales force.
- Significant proven experience in process management and optimization, particularly within sales environments across multiple channels;
- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide process redesigns with measurable business outcomes;
- Deep understanding of sales operations technologies (especially Salesforce ecosystem); experience in scaling and integrating tools across markets;
- Strong analytical and change management skills; ability to synthesize complex systems and data into clear, actionable strategies;
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills; adept at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners;
- Experience working across global teams and adapting strategies to regional needs while maintaining process consistency at scale.
