- Drive Digital Transformation: Identify and implement automation opportunities within the WFM processes, reducing manual work.
- Innovate and Streamline: Lead efforts to simplify, standardize, and optimize country business processes to maximize efficiency and minimize manual tasks, ensuring uniformity across countries.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide a best-in-class employee experience through your exceptional expertise, consultation, and service delivery.
- Lead with Impact: Manage, implement, and deliver innovative solutions tailored to your areas of accountability.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with WFM and other HR disciplines to align on solution design and implementation strategies.
- Automation and Efficiency: Focus on automating WFM processes and reducing country-specific variations.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and refine work processes and documentation to drive efficiencies, standardization, and centralization.
- End-to-End Solutions: Develop and implement end-to-end automated processes and train country teams on adoption and maintenance.
- Program Development: Support the development of programs that improve the employee experience while balancing function-specific needs.
- Vendor Collaboration: Engage with third-party providers to develop and review services in your assigned disciplines.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR or Business Administration within a process-oriented organization.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written & oral). Knowledge of Italian, French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
- Process oriented person that can work closely together with and influence different stakeholders in a highly dynamic environment.
- Works independently with a moderate level of guidance and direction, is self-motivated and accountable.
- Demonstrable communication and inter-personal skills for working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Strong analytical, innovative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in driving process innovation and implementing automation solutions within HR or related business functions.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and leverage IT systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as appropriate with a high degree of accuracy and comfortable to work towards tight deadlines.
