
Account Manager

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Prospect, prepare quotations, follow up, and convert into profitable orders.
- Collaborate with Engineers/Specialists to provide standard or customized solutions.
- Work with colleagues to implement strategies that exceed financial targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and occasional site work.
- Promote products and services through presentations, seminars, and training sessions.
- Specify solutions at end-users and support distributors/customers.
- Report on sales activities, trends, and competitive actions to the Commercial Manager.
- Ensure compliance with HSSEQ rules; actively contribute to safety awareness.
- Represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador.
- Adhere to company policies and execute all tasks safely and carefully
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Technical affinity with industrial/ service markets. Preferable / beneficial is knowledge of services Leak sealing, Bolting and On-site machining.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Relevant Technical Degree (BSc) or Commercial Degree.
- Technical affinity and understanding of industrial markets.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience and well developed presentation- and commercial negotiation skills.
