That’s why we are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves to build relationships and brings a passion for connecting people to our team.You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment, from creating and publishing job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to coordinating and conducting interviews. But as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you will be our corporate influencer, the friendly face, and the first point of contact for all our candidates. You will be reporting to our head of HR, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. As an ambassador of WEBB, you know how to bind new colleagues to us with your enthusiasm, openness, and drive. You will visit and build relations with universities and study associations in the Netherlands and France, and organize great (in-house) events, contests, summer schools, and internships.Although you will work together with external recruiters, you will be the only dedicated recruiter inside the company. So, you should enjoy taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, and to deliver results relatively autonomously. The People team further consists of an employer branding specialist, an HR advisor, and an HR team lead, who will of course team up with you where they can.Key responsibilitiesExecute the full-cycle recruiting processCoordinate the vacancy pipelines, from attracting candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, to talent sourcingManage candidate communication and ensure a great candidate experienceBeing the first point of contact for candidates for a wide variety of roles (software engineers, traders, risk managers, expert jobs such as compliance)Further develop and execute our campus recruitment activitiesDevelop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needsBuild strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing wishes and ensure optimal collaborationDeliver great stakeholder relations for our preferred recruitment agenciesMaintain our ATS and candidate database (we use Tellent / Recruitee)Creating job descriptions for our career website and job boardsWho are youYou have a minimum of 3 years proven track record in recruitmentYou have an understanding of recruitment best practices and techniquesYou are an excellent communicator and have great interpersonal skillsYou know how to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentYou are result drivenYou enjoy interacting with different people from diverse background and professional experience – your positive energy and enthusiasm lead to connectionYou are well organized, punctual, and proactive with your workYou love organizing events and you have mastered this skillYou are tech-savvy; you easily work with content management systems and ExcelYou are fluent in English, both spoken and writtenYou have a bachelor's or master’s degreeYour future work environment
