- Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment.
- Contribute to the budget planning process and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment.
- Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications and variances.
- Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and establish acquisition and negotiation boundaries with VLS.
- Align with cross-functional teams and contribute to budget planning.
- Prepare, conduct, and close negotiations on product, quantities, and pricing.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics for improvement.
- MBO-4 or higher, preferably in the field of mechanics or electronics
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar technical trading environment
- Knowledge of relevant sales methods and techniques, pricing structure etc.
- Knowledge of Exact and/or SAP and Salesforce is preferrable
- Knowledge and understanding of the English language in both written and verbal
- Knowledge and understanding of the Dutch language in both written and verbal
- Knowledge and understanding of the German language in both written and verbal is preferred
- Willingness to travel in Benelux region for business purposes
