
Head of Digital Content, SEO and CRO

- Define and implement a comprehensive digital content and SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organic growth through innovative content marketing initiatives and best-in-class SEO practices.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital content creators, SEO specialists, and external agency partners.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
- Own technical and on-page SEO strategies, ensuring the website architecture supports organic search performance.
- Implement and monitor SEO performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with central SEO and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in website updates and redesigns.
- Continuously improve user journeys, conversion rates, and engagement through A/B testing and UX enhancements.
- Work closely with e-commerce, CRM and paid media teams to create an integrated digital marketing approach.
- Partner with category managers to highlight key offerings through content and SEO strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to manage a team of 20 and external agencies.
- Extensive experience in digital content management and improving SEO performance, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Extensive experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on customer journey improvement.
- Proven track record of driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) and increasing online sales.
- Expertise in e-commerce tools, and analytics software (e.g., ContentSquare, Google Analytics).
- Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to communicate in French.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry or a similar fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of UX principles and A/B testing methodologies.
