- Due Diligence on Intermediaries: Lead the comprehensive due diligence process for all intermediaries in sales, to ensure compliance with our anti-bribery and corruption policies. This includes evaluating their background, business practices, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Agreement Management: Conclude new agreements with all intermediaries in accordance with the company's new template agreement. Ensure that these agreements are aligned with our anti-bribery and corruption standards, including certification on compliance. This involves explaining the importance of the certification, addressing any concerns, and confirming their commitment to uphold our compliance standards.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Complete the drafting of the new Intermediary Policy. Implement the policy across the organisation, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed and compliant.
- Training and Awareness Programme: Develop and set up a comprehensive training and awareness programme related to the due diligence process. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring that all employees and intermediaries understand and adhere to the due diligence requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Compliance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant legal and compliance experience in an international business environment.
- In-depth knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption legislation and related due diligence requirements.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in developing and delivering compliance training and communication programme.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Excellent language skills in Dutch and English, both in writing and verbally.
- Proactive, pragmatic, independent and principle-based approach.
- Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct.
- The experience and confidence to push for change and, when appropriate, to challenge the status quo, in a way that will be heard and respected.

- A gross monthly salary between €5000,- and €8000,- +8% holiday allowance (based on a fulltime working week).
