They offer service contracts that range from technical support to 24/7 on-site presence.As a team leader, you will lead a team of 6 that assesses and addresses technical inquiries. You are the link in escalations and support complex issues. You have a passion for process optimization and derive satisfaction from implementing improvements.In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating daily operations and resolving escalations.
  • Encouraging collaboration with internal and external departments.
  • Leading and coaching your team members in their personal development.

RequirementsRequirements :Teamleader B2B Technical Customer ServiceTo be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:Completed HBO education in a technical field (e.g., mechatronics, engineering) or business-related discipline (e.g., business administration or management);Senior-level engineering experience, with a proven track record in team leadership and development;Extensive experience in intra-logistics, manufacturing, or related industrial automation sectors;Strong technical background in mechatronics, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software systems;Hands-on expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex automated machinery;Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in German, Italian, or Czech is a significant advantage;Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively;Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure;Proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;Calm and effective in high-pressure situations, especially when dealing with critical system failures;Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.SalarisThe offer: Teamleader B2B Technical Customer ServiceThis is a full-time position, offering a salary of around € 5500 gross per month based on full-time employment.
