In this journey, IT aims to become a business partner that helps, guides, and supports the user community in their daily work, as well as drive continuous improvement of platforms and processes.The ERP SCM Specialist reinforces the IT Team with a combination of technical and functional expertise and contributes to setting a proper foundation while working together on innovation challenges. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the (SCM) business teams to improve the quality and efficiency of their processes by delivering best practice solutions, providing recommendations for process automation and re-engineering existing process steps where necessary
  • Align Supply Chain Management / Operations processes with other areas in the business as well as IT to establish and maintain efficient E2E processes
  • Liaise with external partners for integration of SCM applications to Karl Lagerfeld's landscape
  • Customize and unit test new & existing functionalities + document the solutions provided
  • Participation in projects in a leading role
  • Support to key users
  • Vendor Management
THE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply chain management, business administration or similar
  • 7+ Years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Infor M3 in the areas of purchasing, material management and sales
  • Infor M3 knowledge in Supply Chain planning area is considered a plus
  • Proven knowledge of Supply Chain processes for all channels (retail stores, eCom, wholesale)
  • Eager to pursue improvements and automation within the SCM area and beyond
  • Strong stakeholder (change) management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and innovative mindset for improvement opportunities
  • High degree of customer orientation, result-oriented and critical attitude
  • Ability to adapt and work in a consistently changing environment, amongst different management levels of the organization
  • Fashion experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
