During the implementation phase, working in close collaboration with other team members, including on the training material for inclusion as well as working in close collaboration with MSF country project teams. As flying specialist, you will be working alongside country project teams for several months to train and monitor implementation.As the flying specialist with a critical role in the success of implementation, strong project management is required to ensure smooth implementation, as well as networking and engaging with stakeholders across several MSF entities and locations, including community engagement.Responsibilities and activitiesMentoring, coaching and training of project teams on inclusion frameworkDevelopment of training material in collaboration with L&D managerImplementation in different locations of LGBTQIA+ inclusion frameworkClosely working together with LGBTQI+ Public Health AdvisorMotivate colleagues to create inclusive working environmentDevelop a monitoring system, monitoring and evaluation after implementationDocument lessons learned to apply to future implementations and develop case studies for future projects to understand challenges and possible solutions for inclusion of LGBTQI+Candidate ProfileAble to work autonomous and independent;Strong motivation to work with LGBTQIA+ community;Committed to an inclusive culture that encourages and supports the diverse voices of our employees;Understanding of how MSF structures and how MSF operates on project level;Strong networking- and influencing capabilities;Demonstrated project management skills;Background in health promotion, community engagement or advocacy is an asset;Strong interpersonal- and intercultural communication skills.
