To reinforce our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Therapy Sales Specialist for the Netherlands region.You will be reporting to the Acute Care & Monitoring Regional Sales Manager, Benelux. You are expected to travel across the Netherlands, with possibly overnight stays.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
  • Promoting and implementing Medtronic's products and services within Benelux and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and other non-clinical stakeholders to implement strategic conversion projects
  • Pursuing leads, assessing customer needs and providing product services to maximizing the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conducting market research, including customers and competitors’ activities
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations and Marketing
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in clinical setting is a must, specifically within the NICU and PICU settings of the hospital
  • Proven success in implementing complex projects in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication skills and proven track record of leading by influencing
  • Customer-focused, flexible and assertive
  • Comfortable navigating in a matrix & complex environment
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
