
Senior Product Manager (Payments)

- Partner with RevOps, payment providers, and engineering teams to design and support fee allocation, implement pricing changes, optimize our net take rate, and manage merchant payout and money movement needs.
- Gathering insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction
- Creating easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members
- Driving implementation and execution of the team's roadmap
- Contributing and evaluating new product concepts for consideration in future roadmap plans
- Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches
- Defining and reporting on product success
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Becoming the Product SME for the product offerings you own
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role
- Fintech experience
- 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, payments and/or SaSS products.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes.
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
- A solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics
- Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time zones
- Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA
- Optional if you can speak French
- Understanding of ecommerce, hospitality and other products that are critical in retail and hospitality merchant workflows
- Retail, Hospitality and eCommerce industry experience
