What are you going to do?Tesla is looking for production workers to join their remanufacturing team. You'll be working in a clean, modern facility with great colleagues, cutting-edge technology, and plenty of opportunities to quickly develop your skills.As a Remanufacturing Technician, you will:
  • Test and repair high-tech electronic components;
  • Follow clear work instructions (don't worry, training is provided!);
  • Use innovative tools and machinery;
  • Contribute to improving repair processes;
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and teammates.
You'll work in two shifts (morning and evening), Monday through Friday - which means your weekends are free! What do we offer?
  • €18,19 gross per hour (including ADV);
  • +14% shift allowance;
  • Travel allowance (€0,21 per km);
  • 25 paid vacation days + 8.33% holiday allowance;

What do we ask?To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience;
  • Good English, spoken and written;
  • Technical affinity (either as a hobby or previous working experience);
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, DC systems, and high-voltage batteries;
  • Skilled with hand tools and computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Experience with semi-automated equipment is a plus;
  • Able to lift 23 kg and stand for long periods.
