Do you want to be part of prestigious yacht building projects and take responsibility for your own team of mechanical technicians? Then read on!FunctieYou will lead a team of approximately 10 technicians and coordinate the mechanical installations in the engine rooms of luxury yachts. You work closely with various subcontractors in the Rotterdam region and ensure that all technical installations are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.
  • Supervising mechanical technicians on board
  • Coordinating installation work in collaboration with subcontractors
  • Monitoring planning, safety, quality, and progress
  • Participating in daily meetings on project status
Voorwaarden
  • 5 years of leadership experience in a technical sector
  • MBO-4 working and thinking level (or equivalent technical education)
  • Experience with reading technical drawings
  • Proficient in Dutch or English, both spoken and written
