Providing ready-to-go services for the Engineers, transforming current tools into services and develop smart solutions. Together with the Sr Tech Lead you will facilitate this transition. Enable squads, implement the S@S way of working, create on- & offshore teams with the right mix of both technical- and soft skills.You will coach, guide, and support squads. In this role you are HR responsible for the Scrum masters, Solution architects, and engineers. Make life easy with easy-to-use and accessible services. Innovate, automate, and change where possible. Learn from repetitive questions or incidents, create a culture of being curious and ask questions to understand users/engineers. Bring creativity and propose solutions. Bridging the gap between what is available and required to enable engineers within the Rabobank.The Tech Lead Adherence is ultimately responsible for the following:The IT delivery strategy and execution of the squads in the area Adherence;To create and execute – in cooperation with the Adherence triangle – a strong IT vision on further developing the Tribe Tech4Engineering;Stakeholder management, being able to act in politically sensitive environments, with different stakeholders at different levels;Fundament for the High Performing Engineering Culture, including capability building for chapter members by continuous upskilling and reskilling of the IT staff and creating a culture of excellence and continuous learning;Leading the transition to empowered and high performance teams;Leading in technology by innovation, change and run;Ensuring stability and security, and lead the standardization;Further maturing the S@S way of working in the domain Adherence;Risk management: demonstrable In control;Adhere to standards & policies, e.g. security policies or Life Cycle Management standards;Focus on quality and build internal knowledge to attract and retain the best employees;Building a talent pipeline and skill pools for skill and craftsmanship development;Communication and influencing skills at the highest level aimed at challenging, influencing, developing, and motivating employees and changing behavior;ProfileThe Tech Lead we are seeking is a people-oriented collaborator, who is customer-focused and inspiring, making an impact, expressing and fulfilling promises, with drive, decisiveness, and courage. Additionally, you must possess the following characteristics:You have an entrepreneurial profile, are curious about how others do things, bring sharpness to discussions, and challenge your colleagues.Academic level of work and thinking.Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments.Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams and scaled Agile.Relevant experience with issues in complex, preferably non-standardized, environments.Extensive experience in software development and management.Experience in guiding DevOps teams in transition.Demonstrable affinity and passion for digitization and Cloud technology.Proficiency in both Dutch and English (business level, writing, and speaking).You are a strong business conversationalist, radiating seniority. You play a pivotal role by weighing business interests and risks together with the business. - A yearly salary incl all benefits up to € 120.000,00 (based on 40 hours, in scale 10), depending on your knowledge and experience;
