The Role - Logistics CoordinatorAs Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for organizing and executing international shipments, coordinating with suppliers, internal teams and customers. You'll handle both the administrative and operational aspects of logistics: arranging transport, managing returns, processing orders, and ensuring customs compliance. You'll work with modern ERP systems, support internal projects, and help improve processes.   • Completed MBO level 4 diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or administration
  • Living in the area of Rotterdam or The Hague
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in international logistics, including customs handling
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics AX) and MS Office
  • A proactive, structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
