- Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across multiple European markets;
- Implement keyword strategies, bidding tactics, and A/B testing to optimize campaigns;
- Optimize performance for key KPIs: ROAS, traffic, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost;
- Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, Creative) to align Paid Search with business goals;
- Monitor budgets and ensure optimal spend and ROI across markets;
- Provide performance reports and insights for continuous improvement;
- Stay updated on platform trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- 4+ years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns, either in-house or at a digital agency;
- Proven ability to drive performance across multi-market or multi-language campaigns;
- Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and supporting tools;
- Skilled in performance reporting and analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio;
- Knowledge of feed management and audience targeting strategies;
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about campaign optimization;
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus;
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
