A global leader in biotechnology is looking for a Regional Pricing Strategy Lead to join their Global Operational Pricing (GOP) team. In this role, you'll work across therapeutic areas including Oncology, Inflammation, Cardiology, Bone Health, and Biosimilars, supporting pricing strategy across the WEMEA region. You'll be part of an international team focused on balancing access, pricing, and value.Role Overview
As an Regional Pricing Strategy Lead, you'll support product launches, pricing governance, business case analysis, and internal pricing systems. You'll work closely with regional value and access leads, affiliates, and finance teams to ensure smart pricing decisions, strategic market sequencing, and alignment with business objectives. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning data into strategic insight.Key Responsibilities
-Deliver high-quality price analyses (IRP, erosion, premiums, launch sequencing, etc.)
-Guide affiliates on pricing processes, annual planning, and business case development
-Maintain pricing systems and tools, and lead related improvement projects
-Review and approve contracts with pricing implications, ensuring solid data-backed decisions
-Support government submissions and pricing certificate documentation
-Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and market access teams
-Optionally support strategic launches, LOE preparation, or broader pricing projectsRequirements
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
-3-5 years of experience in pricing, financial audit, forecasting, or pharma consulting
-Advanced Excel and strong data analysis/forecasting skills
-Experience in pharma pricing is a strong plus
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
-Strong attention to detail, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
-Proactive and comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environmentApply Now
