You ensure smooth operations from initial planning to execution on the shop floor. In this role, you collaborate closely with production, engineering, and project teams to enable efficient, safe, and high-quality project delivery.Your responsibilitiesCreate detailed project planning and assess required production capacityDevelop a routing and production plan for each projectManage and maintain the order structure in the ERP system accuratelyCollaborate with production supervisors to guide project executionMonitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks earlyAssess manufacturability and completeness of engineering packagesAnalyse production processes per project (costs, in-house vs. outsourcing)Outsource smaller machining and construction items when neededFollow up on quality issues and corrective actionsContinuously seek efficiency improvements in departmental processesProvide stakeholders with operational updates on progress and quality through project reportingYour profileA driven and accurate team player with strong communication skillsAble to handle unexpected challenges with a practical mindsetMBO+ or HBO level of education in Mechanical EngineeringSeveral years of experience as a work planner in an industrial/project-based environmentStrong theoretical understanding combined with hands-on attitudeKnowledge of production processes, manufacturing techniques, assembly and installation, hydraulics, and mechanical engineering (offshore experience is a plus)Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spokenSkilled in ERP systems and MS Office applicationsWhat IQIP offersAn opportunity to drive the energy transition with usPush boundaries to shape tomorrow’s worldOutstanding learning opportunitiesMonthly salary depending on your level and expertiseAnnual bonus (profit sharing)8% holiday allowance, paid annually40 paid annual leave days (27 holidays + 13 additional days)Benefits such as travel allowance, laptop, and educational opportunities, PME pension fund (CLA Metalektro applies to this job)Main working location is SliedrechtWhy IQIP?We design and manufacture high-quality equipment, tackling challenges through shared expertise and commitment to sustainable solutions.
