As an ITIL Process Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing operational support to IT teams in executing incident, problem, change, and configuration processes. A key focus area will be leading engineers and management to resolve major incidents as quickly as possible and facilitate root cause identification. You’ll also manage the (technical) Change Advisory Board and influence the quality of the CMDB.What you are going to doYou’ll join a team that’s at the heart of the organization. We act as the bridge between ITIL standards and how things are actually done across various IT teams. This allows us to guide teams in streamlining their operations while also providing valuable input for process improvements. With your affinity for ITIL processes and strong communication and organizational skills, you’ll be the one who truly helps teams move forward and contributes to the reliability of the organization. We’re on standby 24/7 to lead major incidents, and you’ll be expected to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations.What we offer you

  • Strong communication skills to facilitate dialogue between technical teams, management, and stakeholders during incidents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage time effectively to ensure timely incident resolution
  • Contribution to improving existing processes (future readiness thinking)
  • English proficiency is required; Dutch language skills are a strong plus
Who you will work withTogether with your colleagues from the Process Foundation team and the Master Control Team in Prague, you’ll support all Product Owners and IT teams within NN Group NL. You’ll collaborate closely with IT teams and managers to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to take on their operational responsibilities. Most of our team works from The Hague, with some based in Prague. Our working language is English. As a team, we represent IT Service Management to the organization, which comes with a certain level of pressure. That’s why we also value a good drink and team activity now and then.
