- Optimize global manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive manufacturing performance globally
- Develop and implement a global operational excellence strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and manufacturing goals.
- Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing sites, utilizing lean, Six Sigma, and other OpEx methodologies.
- Collaborate with plant managers and local OpEx teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to optimize production flow and quality.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the effectiveness of operational improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and ownership of OpEx initiatives.
- Provide training and mentorship to build OpEx capabilities within the manufacturing organization.
- Drive standardization of best practices across all manufacturing locations to ensure consistency and sustainability of improvements.
- Oversee the management of OpEx projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of expected benefits.
- Liaise with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure alignment of OpEx activities with overall company strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on OpEx progress and achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or advanced certification in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of leading successful OpEx transformations in a global manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and change management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel internationally to various manufacturing sites as needed.
