Our capabilities include programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero and digital solutions.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager - Quality Management, supporting our project team to ensure that all civil construction activities are performed in accordance with the project specifications, plans, and codes to report to the quality and project managers on-site.Responsibilities:
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Identify and seek resolution of quality issues.
  • Analyze site data and prepare quality-related reports to support project oversight and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise inspections and witness testing to verify that works are meeting standards.
  • Validate and maintain quality control on the project platform.
  • Work with the project team to develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Communicate quality control and site issues to the quality and project managers.
  • Assist in the verification of progress claimed by contractors.
  • Maintain a daily site diary for progress.
  • Cooperate with the QM in the deployment of the Quality Team duties.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in project management, quality management or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought out solutions.
  • A strong motivation to join Turner & Townsend and aspire to build a career in project management.
