- You will act as a contact person between head office, hotel management, and property owners, ensuring the maintenance and technical performance of our buildings is always at the highest level
- Your focus will be on strategic planning, budgeting, contract management, and optimizing energy efficiency, while also supporting and developing the technical teams on site
- You will support the preparation and control of the budget for maintenance and checking the service charge settlement
- You will be supporting hiring and improving the technical services of the building services departments
- Control of energy consumption in the hotels s. Responsible for measures to reduce energy consumption and control of the self-sufficient online portals
- Escalation level as contact person for all service providers in the building services department in the event of difficulties in contract fulfilment or quality deficiencies
- Several years of experience in a senior technical or engineering position, ideally in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
- Experienced in contract management, budgeting, and project coordination
- Proactive communicator with strong organizational skills
