- Developing partner relationships, identifying opportunities and creating revenue in the region
- Conducting technical customer presentations and understanding the customer needs, as well as follow RFQ process and conducting negotiations
- Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at governmental organizations
- With thorough knowledge of our products, you are the sparring partner for our customers
- Participating in business relevant exhibitions, seminars and technology events
- Generating leads / opportunities and sales in close cooperation with the local sales team

- WO/HBO education and thinking level, preferably electronics
- Extended working experience within:
- 1. the Defense area with governmental and military customers; or
- 2. NATO, EC, EDA and other international organizations; or
- 3. knowledge of critical infrastructure at international organizations
- Knowledge of military and civil communication technologies and products is a big plus
- Familiar with the competitive landscape, the customers and the procurement procedures
- Experienced with quotation and tender procedures
- Strong communication and presenting skills
- Mindset of a hunter with excellent communication skills and stress resistant
- Ability of making sales plans and strategies and executing them
- Dedicated, team-oriented way of working and intercultural competence
- Readiness to travel up to 50% of the work time within the entire sales area
- Very good Dutch and English verbal and writing skills. German language is a plus
