
Customer Service Employee (German or Italian Speaking)

- Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
- First contact to customers.
- Inform customers about status of orders.
- Handle warranty, return and credit requests
- Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
- Take care of Nordson internal and all other incoming requests
- Proactive order follow up
- Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
- General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
- Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
- Fluent German or Italian language skills are required (writing and verbal)
- English language on a good level
- Any additional European language, e.g. Dutch or French, would be a plus.
- Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).
- SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge is desired
- Being customer focused
