- Own the full Mambu project lifecycle; from initiation to closure and every phase in between, ensuring smooth delivery and clear accountability throughout via effective team leadership, collaboration, and client engagement.
- Drive and coordinate your project team; from prioritising tasks and resolving issues to aligning day-to-day activities and keeping everyone focused on outcomes.
- Steer projects with structure and visibility; from kickoff to milestones, ensuring scope is controlled, risks are managed, standards are met, and progress is clearly reported to stakeholders.
- Master stakeholder management; build strong relationships and set clear expectations with both customers and internal teams, always ensuring alignment at every step.
- Champion operational excellence; streamline processes, improve ways of working, and introduce efficiencies that raise the bar for delivery.
- Collaborate across teams; work closely with consultants, engineers, product, and other functions to ensure smooth execution, work dependencies and cross-team alignment.
- Take initiative beyond projects; lead or contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen the delivery organisation and elevate how we work as a team.
- You have proven project delivery expertise with running complex IT or digital transformation projects in Professional Services, Banking, Fintech, Consulting, or similar environments, and confident navigating multi-stakeholder dynamics, customer relationships, and partner ecosystems.
- You are familiar with key delivery methodologies and skilled in essentials like risk and issue management, resource planning, milestone tracking, and reporting. You are fluent in delivery management terminology and best practices, and can confidently guide teams using these frameworks.
- You have exceptional organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise effectively, stay on top of multiple initiatives, and adapt to changing priorities.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and able to work confidently across geographic and cultural boundaries, build trust, and maintain transparency in all interactions.
- You have a continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach, thriving in fast-paced environments, constantly seeking ways to refine processes, adopt better practices, and help the team work smarter. You are curious and never satisfied with the status quo, driven to enhance both individual and team knowledge, and capable of guiding others with emotional intelligence and empathy.
