
Pharma Quality Manager (f/m/d)

- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Global Pharma Quality Management System across NX entitles
- Coordinate and manage the internal audit program, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up on corrective actions
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of global quality training programs
- Develop, implement and review global quality processes
- Prepare and review global quality documents (e.g., SOPs)
- Oversee the rollout and adoption of global quality processes across regional and local operations.
- Collaborate on the execution of the Global Pharma Quality Plan and other strategic initiatives
- Act as a quality ambassador, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of two to five years of relevant professional experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, preferably in a quality management role
- Proven expertise in the implementation and maintenance of QMS
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement CAPA measures as well as continuous improvement measures
- Familiarity with Computer System Validation is an asset
- Prior experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare logistics sector is highly advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of international standards and regulatory guidelines such as ISO 9001, GDP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in relation to freight forwarding and the supply chain of healthcare products
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience in planning and managing small to medium-scale projects independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
