You make teams more productive and mature thanks to your servant leadership.In this role, you will:
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective meetings and best practices.
  • Coach product owners on how to break down work packages into small stories.
  • Help individuals and the team efficiently achieve shared goals.
  • Optimize team performance through Agile methodologies.
YOUR PROFILE
  • A bachelor's or master's degree with a technical focus and at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical industry.
  • A servant leader that is not only facilitating but actively improving and therefore familiar with best practices.
  • PSM1 Professional Scrum Master certification; SAFe certification and experience with Jira are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, and the ability to motivate the team in a positive and constructive manner.
