Then this position as a full-time customer service agent in Haarlem might be perfect for you.What are you going to do:In this position, you would be working for a car-rental agency as a customer service agent. This company offers an all-inclusive service, allowing customers to relax and enjoy their trip. This unique service is what you will help to provide. The company operates in the Dutch, French, and Belgian markets, so you will be required to speak both French and Dutch for this position.Your tasks will include helping customers find a suitable car, and assisting them with any situation that might come up along the way. You will also be in contact with local rental companies about possible deals. The company prides itself on their customer service, so your role as a customer service agent will be very important. The service is open from 08:00 to 20:30, and your workdays will vary within this time frame. You will have to work two weekend days a month, but you will of course be fairly compensated.It is possible to work this position from both Belgium and The Netherlands. If you work from Belgium, you will attend a training program in Haarlem. This includes a 4-week stay where you will learn the job and get familiar with the company, and your colleagues.What we offer:

A gross salary of €3000 based on a 36-hour work week;

What we ask:

Au minimum niveau mbo 4 ou capacité équivalente
You are fluent in both Dutch, French and English;
