• Welcomes and assists members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout the workspace.
• Supports community events and initiatives aimed at increasing member engagement.
• Manages mail and package deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Conducts tours for prospective members and facilitates the onboarding process.
• Collaborates with team members to resolve any issues and enhance the overall member experience.
• Coordinates with facilities and maintenance teams to address workspace needs promptly.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• Demonstrates a proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for building community.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems and tools.
