About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to deliver high-quality certification training programs for HRMForce software. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HRMForce functionalities and demonstrate exceptional training skills to equip professionals with the knowledge and confidence to utilize the software effectively in their HR processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery:
  • Design and deliver engaging certification training sessions, both online and in-person, tailored to various user levels (beginner to advanced).
  • Utilize interactive methods and tools to enhance participant learning and retention.
  • Course Development:
  • Develop and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, e-learning content, and hands-on exercises.
  • Ensure content aligns with the latest HRMForce updates and industry trends.
  • Participant Support:
  • Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the certification process.
  • Address queries and troubleshoot issues related to the software during and after training sessions.
  • Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Assess participants’ understanding through practical exercises, quizzes, and certification exams.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from participants to continually improve training quality.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product teams to stay updated on software developments and enhancements.
  • Liaise with HR professionals to understand their specific training needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in HR software or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HRMForce software and its applications in human resource management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training technologies (e.g., LMS, virtual training tools).
  • HR certification or background in human resources is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt training methods for diverse learning styles and technical proficiencies.
