- Training Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging certification training sessions, both online and in-person, tailored to various user levels (beginner to advanced).
- Utilize interactive methods and tools to enhance participant learning and retention.
- Course Development:
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, e-learning content, and hands-on exercises.
- Ensure content aligns with the latest HRMForce updates and industry trends.
- Participant Support:
- Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the certification process.
- Address queries and troubleshoot issues related to the software during and after training sessions.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess participants’ understanding through practical exercises, quizzes, and certification exams.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from participants to continually improve training quality.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product teams to stay updated on software developments and enhancements.
- Liaise with HR professionals to understand their specific training needs.
- Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in HR software or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HRMForce software and its applications in human resource management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training technologies (e.g., LMS, virtual training tools).
- HR certification or background in human resources is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt training methods for diverse learning styles and technical proficiencies.
