- Develop, implement and lead the general and yearly account strategy, creating and delivering compelling Joint Business Plans with de Bijenkorf, in-line with the Business mid & long-term priorities
- Implementing with the Concession Retail manager all elements of the sales funnel in stores to achieve highest levels of execution: consumer interactions, high quality product demonstrations, sales execution.
- Bringing sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead key discussions with Senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to align long-term plan ambitions and drive the business forward.
- Weekly assessing account performance metrics (sales vs targets) identifying areas for improvement and implementing correcting measures.
- Lead bi-weekly de Bijenkorf meetings with the buyers, online performance managers to discuss risks and opportunities
- Propose account sell out opportunities to maximize the results
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including order fulfillment, sales recognition in SAP
- Analyze monthly P&L, manage budgets and costs, and maximize account profitability
- Deliver ongoing sales and volume tracking, monthly forecasts, and analysis via Anaplan updates and DMR presentations
- Provide leadership with weekly view on actual sales landing of the account (done via In Month Estimate)
- Provide weekly performance snapshot to the leadership team
- Act as the main link for all internal and external parties related to the de Bijenkorf account: buyers, stylists, concession managers, marketing, trade marketing, inventory, and order desk teams.
- Communicate commercial strategy, promotional updates, and operational plans to concession manager and retail instore team, ensuring alignment and clarity for all parties
- Act as main point of contact for de Bijenkorf teams' escalations
- Oversee de Bijenkorf online journey: ensure correct pricing, PDP and Brandpage compliance, and optimal online presence.
- Manage weekly stock refills, guaranteeing sufficient coverage and handling stock reconciliation and adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with trade marketing and ecommerce teams to brief and execute commercial and marketing activities, both planned (e.g., seasonal GWPs, brand pages) and responsive (e.g., promotional opportunities).
- Partner with the marketing and finance teams to monitor and control budget spend, ensuring compliance with agreed investment rates
- Create account specific activations to drive traffic, engagement and sell out ( i.e organize pop ups, masterclasses)
- Manage all EDI processes, data upload/maintenance, and contract coverage agreements.
- Handle in-store services, loss/damage incidents, stock discrepancy resolutions, and contractual terms as situations arise
- Collaborate with retail Operations Manager on monthly stock reconciliation process
