In this role, you will help shape technical solutions and lead a small team to ensure high-quality engineering delivery.

Leading engineers.
Assessing feasibility, planning, and budget.
Supporting design, production, and aftersales.
Solving technical issues and improving processes.
Reviewing client specifications, risks, and documentation.
Defining Machinery & Piping scope and managing outsourced work.

Voorwaarden

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or similar.
2+ years of experience in a technical lead role within engineering or shipbuilding.
Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
