Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for quality and safety in pharmaceutical production? Join our dynamic team in Meppel and help us produce over 70 million packs of life-changing medicines every year. What are you going to do?As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in one of our two main departments-Packaging or Formulating-each consisting of approximately 25 dedicated employees. You will be responsible for independently managing specific stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production processes in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines;
Disassemble and reassemble production equipment for maintenance or product changeovers using SMED methodology;
Troubleshoot and resolve first-line technical issues; escalate complex problems to the Operator Mechanic or supervisor as needed;
Adhere strictly to GMP (I, II, III) protocols and complete relevant workplace training;
Collaborate with shift coordinators or managers to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency;
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
Act as a role model in safe working practices and support a culture of continuous improvement.

What do we offer?

Salary between €2,552 and €3,000 gross per month, based on a 40-hour contract;

MBO-level education, preferably with a technical background or Vapro A/B certification;
Proven ability to work independently in a regulated production environment;
Solid understanding of safety protocols and GMP guidelines;
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude;
Willingness to work in a day shift or 2-3 shift rotation as required.
