The Change Consultant guides, coaches and facilitates the target groups, the stakeholders, the project teams and leadership through the implementation and embedding of new systems with related processes and ways of working.Job profile
The Change Manager
- Does not only define and steer, but is especially focused on the operational aspects of the implementation (so also taking care of the communication, info packages, workshops/sessions, etc)
- Has a hands-on mentality
- Develops, fine-tunes, details out, improves and executes the change plan
- Develops, provides input for and reviews communication materials
- Proactively discusses and proposes interventions to mitigate Change Management risks
- Challenges and facilitates the stakeholders in driving the required change: Works towards continuous commitment of the key stakeholders to make the project a success
- Acts as 'sparring partner' for the Project Manager and the team members on the people side of project related matters
- Is fully at ease in working with senior and middle management, but also in working with operators, planners and logistics engineers.
- Manages and coaches the Project Team on Change-related items.
- Has experience in pur sang Change Management roles, of which the largest part where at one of the big Consulting organizations and/or within multinationals within business transformation, IT and/or Proces implementation projects
- Has at least experienced all phases in a Change process once (from taking care of communications, trainingen/workshops as taking care of change roadmaps, all the needed interventions and stakeholdermanagement)
- Is experienced in planning and managing the Change curve
- Has at least 4 years working experience of which at least 2 years in Change Management (In case of the junior position)
- Has knowledge of the most common Change Management theories (e.g. Kotter, de Caluwe, Johnson, Graves, Hofstede and Prosci/Adkar)
- Has experience in working within multinationals with global large scale transformations
- Has proven coaching experience
- Has knowledge/experience of (preferably the PRINCE 2) Project Methodology
- Has a HBO/WO education level.
