Data Protection Officer (m/f/d)

• Provide information and advice on data protection to the company's relevant departments
• Responsible for conducting data security risk assessments in connected vehicle and other scenarios
• Proposing security solutions
• Develop, review, update and maintain company's compliance documents
• Conduct audits on the implementation of documents
• Serve as the point of contact for communication with external data protection authorities
• Monitor the legislative and enforcement trends of data-related laws in the EU
• Conduct in-depth interpretation and analysis, and promptly adjust the company's data compliance strategies

• Degree in law, information security, computer science or related fields
• CIPP/E certification is preferred
• Work experience in data compliance, data security, and privacy protection
• Capable of independently writing compliance reports, compliance manuals, designing compliance processes, etc.
• Practical experience in DPIA
• Solid knowledge of EU data protection regulations and practices
• Strong language proficiency in English
• Experience in the automotive and other intelligent manufacturing fields are desirable
