
Service Engineer EHV

- Operate and maintain high tech 3D printers to support daily production
- Perform cleaning, powder homogenization, and other machine-related tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and execute scheduled preventative maintenance
- Create and maintain clear documentation for maintenance procedures, issues, and resolutions
- Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and external service technicians
- Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance)
- 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar role or industry (CNCs, laser cutters, or ideally, industrial 3D printers)
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex technical equipment
- Strong understanding of KPI-driven performance and how to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving production environment
- Mechanically minded with the ability to quickly understand complex systems
- Excellent team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation
- Comfortable learning new technologies and processes; not afraid to ask questions and seek help when needed
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep an overview in a high-paced setting
