Antler team members are part of an ambitious global community dedicated to helping the most driven founders move the world forward.The RoleWe’re looking for an exceptional talent to join our team as a Data Analyst (Intern) — a role at the intersection of data, automation, and decision-making.Your mission: help us work smarter, faster, and more data-driven. You’ll shadow the investment and operations team to automate repetitive tasks, crunch data to derive new insights, and create tools/dashboards that give us — and our founders — an unfair advantage.How you’ll make 10x impact:
  • Automate the repetitive — Identify inefficiencies and build workflows, scripts, and integrations to eliminate them.
  • Turn raw data into insights — this requires you to pull, clean, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Contribute to founder selection, residency operations, and portfolio support initiatives
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team across Berlin and Amsterdam in a fast-paced, international environment
What you should bring:
  • Experience with coding and data analysis (Python preferred, but any language is welcome — university projects count as experience too)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • A bias to action and the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Clear interest in startups, tech, and venture capital
  • Fluency in English (both in written and verbal communication)

  • Resourceful and able to figure things out fast.
