At Lonza AG, we are searching for an exceptionally skilled Sr. QA Officer to be an outstanding cornerstone of our operations in Geleen, Netherlands. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to influence and ensure the highest quality standards in a world-class organization!
  • Partner with internal customers on minor change requests, CAPA, and Deviations, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Review and prepare batch records for QP's batch disposition, and manage related deviations, CAPAs, and Change Requests within defined timelines.
  • Ensure batch records are closed and archived once all batch-related activities are completed flawlessly.
  • Review and approve Lonza documents such as SOPs, forms, master batch records, test methods, and checklists, maintaining our world-class documentation standards.
  • Participate in QA On the Floor tasks, witnessing manufacturing, production support, warehouse, and quality control activities to ensure quality integrity.
  • Assist the QA department in monitoring and measuring performance indicators and quality metrics during meetings, driving continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to do shifts when needed, ensuring QA OTF tasks are performed and that batch disposition of products with short expiry dates is completed on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and quality assurance of our projects.
  • Educational Background: Applicants should possess a B.Sc. or M.Sc. level of thinking & working, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Experience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Legal Requirements: Must have a valid Dutch working permit.
