You work closely with development teams and guide them on product features, and in general infulence the product and drive technical innovation throughout the organization.Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Manage end-to-end product innovation and delivery;
  • Define product vision and strategy;
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create a product roadmap;
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and a prioritized product backlog;
  • Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of products;
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain relevant documentation;
  • Understand and align product features with business objectives and technical feasibility.
RequirementsRequirements Product Manager - IAM
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, ideally in a complex environment;
  • Higher professional education (HBO/WO) degree, preferably in business administration or IT;
  • Experience with cloud-based applications, ideally using Azure, and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices;
  • Understanding of supply chain processes is a big plus;
  • Knowledge of secure software development standards or healthcare is a big plus;
  • Experience in the international roll-out of products is a big plus.
