We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Development Associate to join the Global Masterbrand Team. In this role, you will contribute to the global sticks platform, help deliver the 2026 innovation pipeline, and lead communication deployment across key markets. This position requires strong brand-building skills, creative flair, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to bring the next wave of sticks innovations to life.Responsibilities
-Support the strategic development and execution of the global sticks platform, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and consumer expectations.
-Contribute to the creation and rollout of the 2026 innovation mix, focusing on product excellence and brand distinctiveness.
-Partner with regional teams to ensure smooth execution of innovations and campaigns, providing guidance, toolkits, and performance tracking support.
-Champion the Masterbrand across all sticks initiatives, maintaining consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand purpose.Requirements
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a relevant discipline.
-A positive and proactive team player with a passion for premium brands and an appreciation for beauty, fashion, and indulgence.
-Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and brings a “can-do” entrepreneurial spirit.
-Previous FMCG experience is a plus.Other Information
