- Design, plan, and execute our largest and most complex global-scale Energy Components software implementations with minimal oversight.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and commoditize energy components software integration processes in the organization.
- Effectively manage EC software teams through challenging situations and mitigate major risks.
- Rapidly incorporate new and unproven features into EC software projects.
- Serve as a most trusted product/integration and strategic advisor on the overall product/integration value proposition and benefits specific to the EC software application.
- Lead global product/integration teams to successful outcomes in the energy sector.
- Actively contribute to the product/integration review team (TRT) to drive continuous improvement in EC software capabilities globally.
- Parachute into major client accounts experiencing difficulties, identify necessary steps, and lead resolutions in the energy domain.
- Foster creativity and innovation within teams when addressing complex energy-related situations.
- Mentor and coach expert and senior expert resources across the globe in the energy domain.
- Uphold the highest product/integration standards specific to EC software and mentor others to achieve them.
- Lead by example in mentoring individuals, showcasing excellence in the energy domain.
- Possess deep expertise in all aspects of the EC software application, developed through leading several of our largest and most complex engagements globally.
- Strong knowledge of regional specifics for deploying EC software applications.
- Act as an advisor to EC software on future roadmap development, feature priorities, and client-specific needs.
- Innovate in the energy domain to enhance the overall value proposition of our products.
- Build and maintain an industry network specific to the energy domain.
- Regularly monitor market and industry developments in the energy sector, identifying trends and emerging challenges.
- Take ownership of best practices in energy components software and ensure their fullest utilization.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in a similar role within the software industry, with a minimum of 7 years focus on Energy Components software.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in global energy components software teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, especially in the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities specific to energy components software.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed, particularly for engagements in the energy domain.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
