This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our photo and video productions, from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Dutch, and a proven ability to manage complex projects with meticulous attention to detail.Your missionAs our Producer, it is your mission to oversee and optimize the production process for photo and video shoots. You will confirm and allocate resources, identify and resolve production challenges, and create detailed schedules and timelines. Your goal is to ensure all stages of production are executed to the highest standard, meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation. You will be collaborating with departments such as Brand Management, Creative and Product to ensure alignment and clear communication and will report directly to our Multimedia Manager.Key responsibilities
  • Execute the entire production process for photo and video shoots, ensuring all stages are executed to the highest standard.
  • Confirm and allocate necessary resources (personnel, equipment, locations, etc.) for each project.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential production challenges.
  • Create detailed production schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of pre-production and on shoot.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related matters for your projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Production, Post-Production, Brand, Creative, and Product, to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Clearly convey expectations, feedback, and updates to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Facilitate productive meetings and ensure clear action items are established.
  • Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Provide regular budget reports and updates.

  • Proven experience as a Producer in a photo/video/film production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong understanding of photo and video production workflows.
  • Experience in budget management and working with project management tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
What we offer
  • A salary between 55 and 60K a year based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 36-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • Your main workspace is our studio in Eindhoven. Occasionally you will work from our Helmond HQ or on location when shooting. Working from home is possible in consultation with the team.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
