- Manage multiple productions from planning to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Provide clear briefings, callsheets, and regular updates to keep stakeholders informed
- Lead project meetings and ensure smooth communication across all channels
- Collaborate with creatives, educational designers, camera operators, marketing teams, freelancers, and actors
- Coordinate production resources, including travel, props, voice-overs, crew, and logistics
- Manage budgets and handle contracts with external parties
- Review and approve content to ensure it meets agreed quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ready to come into the office multiple times a week, especially during recordings.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project or content management, preferably in a creative or production environment
- MBO degree or higher in a relevant creative field
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, well-structured briefings and callsheets provided to stakeholders
- Smooth collaboration between all involved teams
- Low percentage of content revisions due to quality issues
