- You have a proven ability to analyse complex problems, breaking them down into smaller, actionable steps;
- You have the capacity to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to actively listen to and understand others' perspectives;
- You are committed to understanding our customers' needs, pain points, and expectations, and using that knowledge to drive product development and improvement;
- You have a foundational understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and technologies;
- You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch is a an advantage.
- Fluent in German;
- Familiar with the insurance industry;
- Familiar with data modelling, able to translate information into data structures.
- A monthly gross salary between € 3,000 and € 4,000 based on 40 hours per week. Experienced candidates can expect a competitive salary of € 4,000 to € 5,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
