Solve technical challenges, advise customers, and make an impact on global energy efficiencyResponsibilities / TasksAs Automation Engineer- Technical Service Support you will be the link between the internal and external customers for automation related refrigeration & heat pump solutions at TCPC Grasso Den Bosch.Your mission? Ensure & secure customer installation & automation performance at the best level for clients worldwide.Your Responsibilities:Contribute as an active member of the Technical Support Team on a daily basis.Provide expertise on automation and control system challenges in GEA OMNI systems and customer systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC).Support warranty processes using automation and HRT system expertise.Prepare and deliver functional and technical designs for automation-related operational functionality.Contribute to the development of training content for internal and external stakeholders.Initiate and support back-office troubleshooting activities, with a focus on continuous improvement of control systems.Collaborate with colleagues in Den Bosch and TSS Berlin to ensure quality-related issues are addressed and resolved effectively.Collaborate with other factory departments in Den Bosch & TSS in Berlin to ensure quality items are addressed correctly and follow up.Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent through proven experience.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration; heat pump experience is considered an advantage.Strong hands-on mindset with a customer-oriented and solution-driven approach.Demonstrated ability in problem analysis and troubleshooting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written); proficiency in German and/or Spanish is an advantage.Willingness to travel occasionally (short-term assignments only).Motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.Our offer:Competitive salary package + inconvenience allowance.Flexible work setup – work from home, a GEA site, or internationally.Global career opportunities.All benefits of collective labor agreement.27 holidays + 13 ADV days based on full-time.A pleasant and collegial working atmosphere.Work with cutting-edge technology in an industrial environment with natural refrigerants.What happens once your application is submitted?You will receive an email when your application has been processed.One of our TA Partners will review and verify if your application meets the qualifications of the role.If your application has been successfully verified, you will be invited to a first interview either virtually or face-to-face.Usually after the second/third interview round we will make a decision.Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at any stage of your application.Did we spark your interest?
