Your team plays a central role between the customers assigned to you and our internal departments. Together with your team, you ensure that the right data and schedules are available for the entire logistics process. By handling various administrative tasks and planning activities, you and your team ensure that the specific wishes and agreements of the customer are met. In this role, you, along with your colleague Supervisor, are responsible for leading two teams and report to the site manager. You achieve this by:
- preparing and eventually executing MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) with customers;
- conducting operational/tactical discussions with the customer regarding performance and daily operations;
- planning/distributing tasks, coaching and guiding employees, and conducting work meetings. Your focus is on further developing and cross-training your team;
- conducting result and appraisal interviews;
- collaborating constructively with your colleague customer service supervisor.
- some experience in leadership, such as in a senior customer service role, as a customer service team lead, or similar;
- strong, entrepreneurial, and connecting qualities. You demonstrate commitment and always act from a customer-focused role;
- the ability to communicate in English at all levels. If you also speak Dutch or other languages, that is certainly an advantage.
