
Legal Secretary (Dutch & English speaking)

- Manage activities related to corporate housekeeping for Dutch, Luxembourg, Saudi and APAC companies of the group and for the worldwide subsidiaries of the holding
- Process and handle incoming and outgoing (legal) correspondence
- Obtain signatures, certifications, legalization and apostilles and prepare resolutions in writing and proxies.
- Facilitate Board of Directors and Compliance Committee meetings by managing agendas, correspondence and reports
- Support Board communications with stakeholders and the appointment of new Board Members
- Help with the implementation of a new digital archive of key corporate documents and records
- Support the Managing Director in day-to-day activities (including travel management/coordination)
- Mange process pertaining to the annual shareholder meeting
- Monitor and record progress in relation to relevant deadlines (in accordance with the internal group company procedures)
- Education: vocational education or HBO bachelor's degree in management economics, corporate law, notarial law or Schoevers or similar.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or related secretary activities in a multinational company, notary public, trust office or corporate services
- Languages: professional English and Dutch
- IT skills: SharePoint, MS 365
