Become a Process Expert in Supply Chain and grow with us!As a Process Expert within our Replenishment team, you'll dive into the processes and systems of Inbound, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse, Outbound or Transport. With more than 2,700 stores, 15 warehouses, hubs, crossdocks, and an ambitious growth plan, our supply chain is continuously evolving. This involves resolving bottlenecks in processes and systems, such as improving our order-picking process or fixing errors in the EWM SAP system. As a Process Expert, you actively work on optimizations and improvements for your specific department, with a focus on simplicity and scalability. Your team is the first point of contact for system-related questions or issues, and you work closely with IT or consultants. During your work, you actively coordinate with stakeholders and keep them informed of progress.We are facing several major challenges, including opening a new warehouses abroad and implementing SAP S/4HANA across our entire supply chain. Since our team is heavily involved in both projects and responsible for smooth daily operations, we are looking for extra support.Meet your teamThe Process Improvement team is part of the Process Development and Support department in the supply chain and consists of Process Managers and Process Experts, each with their own expertise. We have Process Experts for Inbound, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse, Outbound, and Transport. As a team, you ensure that Action's supply chain runs as smoothly as possible, so that hundreds of thousands of products reach our 2,500+ stores every day. Thanks to your affinity with systems and your curious attitude, you quickly grasp new systems and processes. In addition, you bring structure and have strong analytical skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar field
  • 1-3 years of work experience in supply chain
  • An affinity for process improvement
  • Proficiency in the English language
