Are you a hands-on worker with technical insight and two right hands? Do you have experience as an assembly worker and want to help create impressive excavators that are used worldwide? Then this is your chance to build something great! What are you going to do?As an Assembly Worker at Hitachi, you will work in a dynamic team within one of the Flow units. You will be responsible for assembling and processing parts for excavators according to strict quality requirements. You also ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to schedule.Your tasks:
  • Assembling excavator parts according to work instructions
  • Performing quality checks and first-line maintenance
  • Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining a clean, safe workplace
  • Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for improvements
  • Administrative tasks, such as completing checklists and creating reports
